MODIFYING THE OPERATION LICENCE FOR DISTRIBUTION COMPANY OF MEDICAL DEVICES CALLED NKAH BIOMEDICAL EQUIPMENT Sarl

Article 1

1°) Le présent Arrêté porte modification d’Agrément de la société de distribution en gros des dispositifs médicaux dénommée NKAH BIOMEDICAL EQUIPMENT Sarl dont le siège social est à Yaoundé, BP : 15249 Région du Centre, Cameroun ;

The present order modifying the wholesale of medical devices company called NKAH BIOMEDICAL EQUIPMENT Sarl whose head office is in Yaoundé, P.O BOX 15249 , Center Region, Cameroon;

2°) Le présent Arrêté d’Agrément est délivré pour une période de six (06) ans, à compter de sa date de signature;

The present authorization order is issued for a period of six (06) years from the date of signature;

3°) Il n’est valable que s’il est accompagné d’un Certificat de Bonnes Pratiques de Distribution (C/BPD) en cours de validité signé par le Ministre de la Santé Publique.

It is valid only if it is accompanied by a valid Certificate of Good Distribution Practices (C /GDP) signed by the Minister of Public Health.

Article 2

1°) L’Agrément de la société NKAH BIOMEDICAL EQUIPMENT Sarl, porte sur l’importation et la distribution des dispositifs médicaux ;

The authorization of NKAH BIOMEDICAL EQUIPMENT Sarl covers the importation and distribution medical devices ;

2°) La société NKAH BIOMEDICAL EQUIPMENT Sarl n’est pas autorisée à importer et /ou distribuer les médicaments.

NKAH BIOMEDICAL EQUIPMENT Sarl is not authorized to import and/or distribute drugs.
